Review and Inquiry Management Policy
Mashop Product Review, Product Inquiry, and Seller Review Management Policy
Effective Date: September 16, 2025
Article 1: Purpose
This policy aims to prevent damage to honest customers due to infringements on the rights of Mashop service users (such as personal information leaks and defamation) and to create a healthy and safe environment for product reviews, product inquiries, and seller reviews.
Article 2: Bulletin Board Operation Principles
The product review, product inquiry, and seller review bulletin boards (collectively, "bulletin boards") are defined as follows:
- Product Review Bulletin Board: A platform where actual purchasers post reviews of a product's quality.
- Product Inquiry Bulletin Board: A platform for inquiries and answers about products.
- Seller Review Board: A platform where actual purchasers post reviews of the seller's services.
The bulletin boards serve as reference materials for purchasing decisions and are operated as follows:
- Posts are generally made public.
- Only posts aligned with the purpose of each bulletin board are displayed.
- Member IDs and images may be exposed when posting.
- Inquiries for discontinued products are moved to My Posts in My Mashop.
- Completed or resolved inquiries may be suspended, restricted, moved, or deleted with member consent.
- Reviews may be displayed on Mashop-approved domestic and international platforms to promote sales.
- Survey responses may be included in product and seller reviews, including star ratings.
Mashop may restrict exposure of posts without notice in cases such as:
- Changes in service content or screen composition.
- Discontinued, sold-out, or modified products.
- Adjustments per operating policy.
- Technical support difficulties requiring post movement or deletion.
Non-compliant posts may face exposure restrictions, and repeated violations may result in restricted posting rights. Posts may be relocated due to mergers, business transfers, or service reorganization. Upon member withdrawal, posts remain displayed unless explicitly requested otherwise, subject to Mashop’s discretion.

Members must not:
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of Mashop or third parties.
